Due to the fact that we offer so many items online you need to login – we simply can’t offer everything unless you have a file with us.
All Harbour Air customers are now automatically registered to book online – you should have received an email when you created your profile with us.
If you don’t have access – don’t worry, you will need to create a profile – but it is easy.
You can do this either online or by phone.
We really need your name, email, gender, password and a phone number. Don’t forget to add in your mobile number if you want us to send you a text two hours before your flight as a friendly reminder.

By booking online, not only will you save on every flight but you can also access all flights up until 1 hour prior to flight time – if you need to change or cancel your flight within an hour of departure, no problem! Just call us!
Reserving a Webfare
Is just like any other booking; all usual payments methods are accepted. Credit Cards, Airbucks, Account numbers and Quicktickets. The only difference now is that you won’t be charged as much for your flight…especially if you reserve a SuperSaver webfare flight – unless you use the Quickticket at check in – we suggest you do not do that:)
Change Flights
No fee to change your flight – no kidding. Login, select the flight you want to change and change it.
Cancel Flights
No fee to cancel your flight – not a joke. 1 hour prior and we will try and sell your seat. If you can give us more time that would be cool – but 1 hour is ok.
Save Money
Special rates are available online only. Neither our customer service agents in our terminals, nor our reservations agents are able to access these rates. All flights that you book online are on cheaper than if you call by at least $4.00 and if you book a SuperSaver webfare, you can get discounts up to $43.00.
Add the flight to your Calendar
We get that you are busy so we’ve added a feature that allows you to import your flight into your calendar. As an added bonus, if you give us your cell number, we’ll send you reminder text a few hours prior your flight’s departure time.
Online receipts
Lost that receipt for the bean counter? Login and print off your receipt. Easy!
High Flyer Rewards Membership
Check your balance online and how you earned those points and what you can redeem those points for!
Airbucks holders
For all of you organizers out there, just login and you can check you balance online and then export to Excel.
Check availability
All flights are listed online. You can see what our reservation agents can see. Greyed out flights are sold out. Black ones are bookable. The only difference is that by logging in and booking online externally, you are able to access rates that our agents are not privy to.
Freight Tracking
By booking your freight online, you can see when your freight was dropped off, what flight it was sent on and if it has been carried off the aircraft and logged into the freight office at its destination base.
Guest Access
Book someone under your profile – just add their name and gender – easy.
Email Your Bookings
You can simply email your booking to whomever you wish.
Text Reminders
2 hours before every flight you will receive a friendly reminder
Save Time
You will find that you can book yourself on a flight in about 30 seconds once you get used to it. Change your flight in about 10 seconds

Live Online Booking allows access to the following access types:
Guest Access – Book, change or cancel a reservation anytime through online access, up to 1 hour prior to departure time. 90% of you will want this.
Account Manager Access - Manage bookings and information for several people at a time, all under one account login. Changes are allowed through online access, up to 1 hour prior to departure time. For Account Manager Access, please contact the IT Department. IT
Agent – Allows Agents to simply book commissionable travel services on behalf of another individual. Visit the Travel Agents page for more information about booking Harbour Air' and Westcoast Air's services for your Guests.
